Honey & Chamomile Antioxidant Gummies

img_3438eWe made these gummies in a cute silicone honeycomb mold. This recipe was enough to fill up a little over half of the mold (~25 gummies), double it to fill the whole tray. You may want to spray the mold with a nonstick spray before filling to ensure easy removal of the gummies.

Ingredients

  • Raw Honey – 6 Tbsp
  • Water – 1c
  • Chamomile Tea – 2 bags
  • Gelatin – 2 packages

 Instructions

  1. Heat the water to boiling and add tea bags and honey.
  2. Steep for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Return the tea to a boil and stir in gelatin until dissolved
  4. pour mixture into mold and let chill 1-2 hours
Tip: You can speed up the cooling process by placing the mold in the fridge of freezer, it shouldn’t affect the consistency of the gummies.
